1. Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, PDF files, downloadable content and other digital products are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read product descriptions

- Lack of usage after purchase
However, if you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to the purchased digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
2. Physical Books
If physical books are sold through this website, customers may request a replacement only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Printing defect affecting readability
- Product significantly different from the order
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting photographs.
After verification, we may approve a replacement at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without valid reason
- Promotional or complimentary items
4. Refund Eligibility

Physical Products
